Coming back later than booked?
It is not a problem and there is no penalty. Extra days are charged at your booked daily rate when you collect the car.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancel more than 48 hours before your drop-off time and you are refunded in full, to the card you paid with, usually within five working days.
Inside 48 hours we are usually unable to refund, because a driver or a bay has already been committed to you. Call us anyway — if we can help, we will.
To change dates or cancel, call or email us with your booking reference. There is no charge for changing dates; if the new dates cost more we take the difference, and if they cost less we refund it.
